Eska Karlín

bakery, restaurant, shop

Pernerova 49
186 00 Praha 8

It began here in 2015 – the story of our restaurant with a bakery, where the old techniques, such as baking on fire and fermentation, were combined with modern gastronomy. In 2023, we renovated the establishment in Karlín and the Štangl tasting restaurant, named after head chef Martin Štangl, was opened on the first floor.

On the ground floor, Eska operates as a bakery with brunch and a shop, to which you can come every day for our products and farm goods, a long breakfast or a quick lunch.

The newly opened bakery with a shop and coffee, where you can savour the aroma offreshly baked bread 33, cakes and select coffee from the roaster Nordbeans.

Same as in Karlín, you can buy baked goods, sweet and savoury breakfasts to go and our homemade products and farm goods. You can find us on the corner of Veletržní and Malířská.

Our greatest point of pride is bread 33, which we make from three-stage rye sourdough andbake on beech wood. We also make sweet cakes, buns and other traditional pastries every day. The quality of our baked goods is supervised by head baker Jaroslav Kozdělka.
